The Wing is excellent for developing upper back and shoulder definition and strength. 

Versatile, easy-to-use and a snap to reposition, the Wing mounts securely in seconds. Placed at the top of the rails, it enables Pull-up and Hamstring Curl exercises, and placed at the base of the rails, it permits Military-style Press exercises.

Special Notes:
Wing fits top and bottom of Total Gym 14000. Wing not applicable to Total Gym 26000, GTS or Total Gym PowerTower.
